Podem solicitar o Certificado de Registo, documento que formaliza o direito de resid\u00eancia em Portugal, os cidad\u00e3os dos pa\u00edses da Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE), do Espa\u00e7o Econ\u00f3mico Europeu (EEE) e Su\u00ed\u00e7a. O pedido deve ser apresentado junto da C\u00e2mara municipal da \u00e1rea de resid\u00eancia. Aquando o pedido, deve fazer-se acompanhar dos seguintes documentos: Bilhete de Identidade\/ passaporte v\u00e1lidos; Declara\u00e7\u00e3o, sob compromisso de honra, de que exerce uma atividade profissional subordinada ou independente em Portugal; Ou Declara\u00e7\u00e3o, sob compromisso de honra, de que disp\u00f5e de recursos suficientes para si pr\u00f3prio e para os seus familiares, bem como um seguro de sa\u00fade, desde que tal seja exigido no Estado-Membro da sua nacionalidade aos cidad\u00e3os portugueses;<\/p>\n<p>Se for estudante:<br \/>\n- Declara\u00e7\u00e3o, sob compromisso de honra, de que est\u00e1 inscrito num estabelecimento de ensino p\u00fablico ou privado, oficialmente reconhecido, desde que comprove, mediante declara\u00e7\u00e3o ou outro meio de prova \u00e0 sua escolha, a posse de recursos financeiros suficientes para si pr\u00f3prio e para os seus familiares, bem como disponha de um seguro de sa\u00fade, desde que tal seja exigido no Estado membro da sua nacionalidade aos cidad\u00e3os portugueses. border-style: solid; background-color: #fcfcfc; border-color: #fcfcfc; color: #000000;\" >\n\t\t\t\t<p>De acordo com o Regulamento do Exerc\u00edcio da Actividade de Transporte de Aluguer em Ve\u00edculos Ligeiros de Passageiros (T\u00e1xis) para o Munic\u00edpio de Sousel, a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as para o transporte em t\u00e1xi \u00e9 feita por Concurso P\u00fablico aberto por delibera\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal a sociedades comerciais ou cooperativas licenciadas pela Direc\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Transportes Terrestres (DGTT) e a empres\u00e1rios em nome individual no caso de pretenderem explorar uma \u00fanica licen\u00e7a. Tamb\u00e9m podem concorrer os trabalhadores por conta de outrem, bem como os membros de cooperativas licenciadas pela Direc\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Transportes Terrestres, que preencham as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acesso e exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o definidas no Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 251\/98, de 11 de Agosto.
